The price of full-color LED display is not directly proportional to its quality. To distinguish whether a LED display is good or bad, there are the following points:
1. Flatness: the surface flatness of LED display should be within 1 mm to ensure that the display image will not be distorted. Local bulge or concave will lead to dead angle of the display. The flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
2. Brightness and visual angle: the brightness of indoor full-color screen should be more than 800cdm2, and that of outdoor full-color screen should be more than 1500cdm2, so as to ensure the normal operation of the display screen, otherwise the image displayed will not be clear because of the low brightness. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of LED beads. The size of the viewing angle directly determines the number of the audience of the LED display screen, so the larger the better.
3. White balance effect: white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of LED display. In chromatics, when the ratio of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16, it will show pure white. If there is a little deviation in the actual ratio, there will be a deviation in white balance. Generally, we should pay attention to whether the white is blue or yellow green. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the control system of LED display screen, and the lamp beads also have an impact on the color reduction.
4. Color reducibility: color reducibility refers to the color reducibility of the LED display screen, that is, the color displayed on the LED display screen should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the authenticity of the image.
5. Product design: there are many kinds of full-color LED displays, including indoor and outdoor energy-saving, high brightness, high refresh, portable and other products, and all walks of life have different requirements for LED displays. Therefore, when buyers distinguish the quality of LED displays and choose LED displays, they should collect their own needs, and whether the manufacturer’s LED display products can meet their own needs to the greatest extent.
