Difference between stage LED display and conventional indoor and outdoor LED display

Compared with the traditional indoor and outdoor LED display, rental LED display due to different uses and functions. The following is the difference between the stage led rental screen and the traditional LED display screen:

1、 Different models
Due to the stage rental LED display screen for dance beauty display is high, the screen playback effect is required to be more clear. Therefore, the general indoor environment uses P3 P4 high-definition screen, even more severe, will use small spacing p2.5 P2, outdoor use p6p5 model. The traditional indoor and outdoor LED display, due to the viewing distance or display requirements are not high, indoor generally use p5p4 model, outdoor use is the most P10, followed by p16.
2、 Box difference
Traditional outdoor LED display, the box will do waterproof treatment, the structure is relatively heavy. The indoor LED simple box is used; the stage led rental display screen is usually made of die-casting aluminum box because the box is often disassembled and moved.
We know that the stage LED screen mostly adopts the hoisting type or the wall hanging type installation. These two installation methods have higher requirements on the weight and safety of the rental screen. Because the rental screen needs to be stacked very high, and the way of lifting, the rental screen must be light and thin. At present, it is all die-casting aluminum box, and the connection must be firm, reliable and easy to detect, so as to avoid the potential threat to the field personnel due to the negligence of installation.
The stage led rental screen often needs to be transported by car, ship or plane. In the process of transportation, the corners of the rental screen may be bumped due to bumps. However, in order not to affect the use effect, the LED rental screen should have certain wear resistance, so as to reduce the damage of electronic components caused by transportation, so as not to affect the normal display function.
3、 Installation method
As mentioned earlier, the stage rental LED display is easy to disassemble and install. For example, after a concert, it can be disassembled and transported to another stage to build. The traditional indoor and outdoor LED display, usually fixed installation, fixed installation position, it will not be easy to move.
4、 Quick replacement and repair
When the rental screen has local display failure, the stage LED display rental screen must be partially removable and replaced quickly to ensure the normal performance.
