First of all, we should make clear the specific situation of ledn and the fault, and then we should carry out maintenance according to the situation. Today, we need to solve the three faults of transparent LED screen.
Screen black screen: the full-color transparent screen black screen does not work, three aspects can be checked. First, confirm whether the control box is powered on. When it is powered on, the PWR red indicator will be on, and check whether the signal output is normal. Under normal conditions, the run green indicator will flash. Second, whether the LED transparent screen is powered on normally. Third, to confirm whether the network cable is in good contact, you can use the network cable tester to test.
Incomplete picture display: there are two steps to solve this problem. First, confirm whether the program display content is made according to the resolution of the transparent screen. If the resolution of the display content is inconsistent with that of the transparent screen, the picture display will be incomplete. Second, check whether the resolution of the video processor is consistent with that of the screen.
The module does not work normally: first confirm the location of the fault, make a simple mark, and replace the faulty module correspondingly
(1) Cut off all power supply, open the rear cover board of the screen, and unplug the power line and signal line of the module;
(2) Remove the fixing screws of the module;
(3) Remove the faulty module, replace it with the corresponding new module, fix the module screw, and connect the power line and signal line;
(4) Power on test whether the screen is normal.
